WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT, AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. A VALID CARD IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ANY APPOINTMENT.
CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. LATE CANCELLATIONS (UNDER 48 HOURS) WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.
THIS POLICY SUPPORTS OUR STYLISTS AND PROTECTS THEIR TIME. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS THEIR LIVELIHOOD—AND WITH NOTICE, WE CAN OFTEN FILL THAT SPOT FROM OUR WAITLIST. WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS, AND WE'LL ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO BE FLEXIBLE IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY.
